Our network architecture only utilizes the Enterprise routing and switching engines.
We utilize Cisco™ 7500 and Cisco™ 6500 as core routers, Cisco™ Catalyst 5500 series switches in our distribution layer of web network and customer layer of shell network, and Bay 350T series switches at the customer layer of web network.
Shell network also provides customers with a layer of dDoS mitigation via customized UNIX hardware.
Our data center is equipped with precision-controlled air conditioning systems, that protect and cool mission-critical servers and equipment.
This insures that equipment located in our data center can operate flawlessly.
Restricted access to the data center facility is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day.
All visitors must show proper identification and sign in at the Guards desk before gaining access to the data center.
Visitors and clientele are only allowed on-site if escorted by data center facility staff.
The entire data center facility is monitored, ensuring prompt response and thorough coverage to fire or security alarms.
Data center maintains a full digital video surveillance system of the data center facility, with full on-site and off-site recording.
The facility is backed up and protected by UPS (Un interruptible Power Supply) systems
on each individual rack, as well as a facility-wide APC Silcom Enterprise UPS.
In a very rare case of utility outage, our diesel generator starts automatically, taking over for the UPS systems and supplying all necessary power for the facility.
Our diesel generator is powered by a 500 gallon fuel tank, capable of running without refueling for approximately 80 hours.
We automatically provide backup data services to all shared, reseller and shell hosting clientele.
Backup services are also optionally available to all gaming, dedicated and co-location clientele.
Our file servers store zipped copies of server system files and client data files, for simple server rebuilding.
Regular off-site backups are performed as well.

The data center facility also monitors power, environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity), generator status, and network connectivity.
All My Data utilizes the Red Hat Enterprise™ Linux
operating system on the majority of web servers present.
Our shell servers operate on the FreeBSD™ or OpenBSD™ operating systems.
Both are highly configurable systems, and well known for speed and stability.
Servers have been documented to remain operating for up to one year at a time without even requiring a reboot.
The network is connected via OC-Level fiber connections to BTN Access™, Deutsche Telekom™, Level 3™, AboveNet™, Cogent™ and NRSoftware™.
For redundancy, data center is currently running BGP4 (border gateway routing protocol) to maintain the speed and reliability.
